高岡市福岡町の長閑な田圃の中にポツンと佇む、築65年の古民家です。
2021年に、伝統的な匠の技はそのまま残しながらリフォームし(2400万円)、寒さ対策も実施済み、5居室にもエアコン完備しています。
向かいの川縁には桜並木が春を飾り、秋は庭の楓の大木が美しい紅葉を見せてくれます。
家の前の畑で農作業もできます。

富山は、自然豊かで、食べ物(特にお寿司)は最高です。

This 65-year-old traditional kominka stands peacefully by itself among the tranquil rice fields of Fukuoka-machi, Takaoka City. Renovated in 2022, it preserves the authentic craftsmanship of traditional artisans while incorporating modern winter insulation for a warm, cozy stay. Outside, a row of cherry blossoms along the opposite riverbank colors the spring, while a majestic maple tree in the garden showcases breathtaking foliage in autumn.
You can also do farm work in the field in front of the house.
